TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 www.quantumgold.co.za (''QG Website'') is a website which allows persons, inter alia, to purchase Quantum Gold skin care products ("Products") online.
1.2 Quantum Gold CC (registration number 2001/084481/23), a close corporation with limited liability, duly incorporated in South Africa ("Quantum Gold" or ''QG") is the owner of the QG Website.
1.3 The terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") contained on this page of the QG Website govern any and all interactions between you and QG on the QG Website, including but not limited to -
1.3.1 Your visiting the QG Website;
1.3.2 Your creating a profile on the QG Website;
1.3.3 Your purchasing any Products via the QG Website;
1.3.4 The various elements of the QG Website;
1.3.5 The pricing of the Products available via the QG Website; and
1.3.6 The delivery and/or payment arrangements of any Products you purchase via the QG Website.
1.4 Any person who visits the QG Website ("you") will be able to view all Products available for sale on the QG Website. However, if you wish to purchase any Products, you must create a profile on the QG Website and fill in the required
personal information.
1.5 In order to purchase Products from the QG Website, you must reside within the Republic of South Africa.
1.6 Kindly read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before using the QG Website. You are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and therefore are bound by the Terms and Conditions, by virtue of visiting the QG Website, creating a profile on the QG Website, and/or purchasing Products from the QG Website. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you must desist from using the QG Website and any of its features. Any such use by you will constitute your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.7 Section headings in these Terms and Conditions purely provide an organisational structure and do not contain any legal significance. They therefore cannot be used in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
2 PERMITTED USAGE OF THE QG WEBSITE
2.1 You are permitted to view, download and print the contents of the QG Website provided that this content is used only for non-commercial purposes. You may only use the content of the QG Website for commercial purposes with the prior written consent of QG.
2.2 You are strictly prohibited from using the QG Website in a manner which is in contravention of these Terms and Conditions or the laws of the Republic of South Africa, or is unlawful in any manner.
3 OWNERSHIP
As stipulated in clause 1.2 above, QG owns the QG Website. In addition, the contents of the QG Website are the lawful property of QG and as such you are not entitled to acquire any rights, title or interest in or to the QG Website and/or the content thereof.
4 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND AMENDMENT
4.1 QG does not guarantee the availability of the Products displayed on the QG Website. All Products on the QG Website are subject to availability.
4.2 While QG undertakes to make a reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the QG Website, in relation to the availability of Products and otherwise, QG does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of the information provided on the QG Website. Your reliance on the information on the QG Website is at your own risk.
4.3 QG is entitled to modify any information on the QG Website but is not obligated to do so under any circumstances to the extent permitted by law.
4.4 The prices quoted for each Product on the QG Website are subject to change. QG reserves the right to amend the prices using its own discretion without notice.
4.5 If the quoted price of a Product on the QG Website is erroneously misquoted or is incorrect, QG has no obligation to sell the Product to you at the incorrect price. QG reserves the right to sell the Product to you at the correct price or refund you should you not wish to purchase the Product at the correct price.
4.6 QG may in its sole discretion modify the contents or description of any Product, temporarily suspend the production and/or sale of any Product and/or discontinue any Product. QG shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you or any other person, howsoever arising, as a result of any such modification.
4.7 QG does not warrant that the quality of any Product or information provided via the QG Website will meet your personal, real or perceived standards. If you are dissatisfied with any Product, kindly read the Returns Policy and follow the procedure set out therein.
5 SALE AND PURCHASE
5.1 You are able to place electronic orders for one or more units of a Product or various Products via the QG Website.
5.2 In order for a sale agreement to be concluded between you and QG, the following requirements must be met:
5.2.1 the Product(s) you wish to purchase ("Desired Products") must be available;
5.2.2 you must have added the Desired Products to your cart;
5.2.3 you must have clicked "check out" on the "My cart" page on the QG Website and followed the payment process on the check out page and/or the Peach Payments platform using your choice of payment mechanism; and
5.2.4 your payment must have been authorized by QG or the third-party service provider that makes provision for the chosen payment mechanism and/or the transferred funds must have been received into the bank account of QG.
5.3 For the avoidance of doubt, a sale agreement shall not be validly concluded between you and QG if you have merely placed your Desired Products in your cart but have not checked out and completed the payment process using your chosen payment mechanism. If your Desired Products are sold out during the period between adding the Desired Products to your cart and completing the payment process, QG will not be liable for this nor will it be obligated to supply the Desired Products to you as a valid sale agreement was not concluded. In such an instance, you may contact QG via info@quantumgold.co.za to discuss what transpired and the possible avenues for redress available to you.
5.4 If you add a Product to your cart, this action does not reserve the Product for you.
5.5 Once a valid sale agreement has been concluded between you and QG, a receipt in respect of your order shall be emailed to you shortly after the conclusion of the sale agreement.
6 ORDER CANCELLATION AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
6.1 QG reserves the right to unilaterally refuse and/or cancel any order you make via the QG Website on written notice to you. QG is not obligated to furnish you with reasons for the refusal or cancellation.
6.2 QG reserves the right to reduce unilaterally the number of Product units you order or place a limit on the maximum number of Product units which may be ordered by any one profile or to any one delivery address.
6.3 f your payment has been processed, QG will refund you an amount equal to the sum of the funds transferred by you in respect of that order proportionate to the extent to which your order has been reduced, limited or refused.
6.4 If QG, in its sole opinion, believes that you are
6.4.1 engaging in any fraudulent activities on or in relation to the QG Website;
6.4.2 engaging in any unlawful activities on or in relation to the QG Website; or
6.4.3 interfering with or negatively affecting the experience of other users on the QG Website or their orders and/or deliveries, QG is entitled to prohibit you from accessing the QG Website and to place you on a blacklist.
6.5 Should QG suspect the presence of fraud in relation to your profile, order or any related information, you are hereby obligated to provide any and all assistance which QG requires in order to investigate the fraudulent activities. This assistance includes but is not limited to providing any and all information requested by QG which it may reasonably require for these purposes.
7 PAYMENT METHODS
7.1 QG has partnered with Peach Payment Services (Pty) Ltd ("Peach Payments") to facilitate all transactions which take place on the QG Website via Peach Payments' payment platform. The following methods of payment are currently accepted via the Peach Payments Platform:
7.1.1 credit and debit cards (VISA and Mastercard);
7.1.2 Instant EFT; and
7.1.3 Scan to Pay,
7.2 In order to facilitate your chosen payment method, you may be redirected to a third-party website, gateway or portal. Links to such third-party websites and/or portals may be sent to you via email and/or SMS.
7.3 The currency of all transactions via the QG Website is ZAR, the lawful currency of the Republic of South Africa.
7.4 QG shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you or any third party, howsoever arising, as a result of you inserting or typing in the details of a credit or debit card. If you choose to make a payment for any Products ordered via the QG Website using a credit or debit card, you hereby warrant that you are authorised to make payment using such credit or debit card and indemnify QG from any claims which may arise in this regard from any third party or otherwise, irrespective of the nature of the claim.

8 THIRD-PARTY LINKS
8.1 Some services available on the QG Website may redirect you to a third-party website, social media page or portal ("Third-Party Website") via a third-party link. These third parties may be the service providers and/or delivery partners
of QG.
8.2 Excluding this clause 8 , these Terms and Conditions do not govern or apply to any third-party links or Third Party Websites.
8.3 QG bears no responsibility in respect of the accuracy or quality of information or material provided on any Third- Party Website. Furthermore, QG shall not be liable for any loss, harm or damages suffered as a result of any information, service, transaction or any element whatsoever of whatsoever kind on any Third-Party Website or the like, irrespective of whether or not your access to such Third-Party Website originated from the QG Website.
8.4 It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the policies of such third parties prior to your engagement with such third parties or their services.
9 DELIVERY
9.1 QG has partnered with the Courier Guy Proprietary Limited ("The Courier Guy") to handle the delivery of all orders placed on the QG Website.
9.2 Once you have placed your order on the QG Website, the delivery price shall be included in your order subtotal at the checkout stage. Once you have made payment, we shall arrange with The Courier Guy for the delivery of your Products to your specific address. The processing of the delivery of your order may take up to 5 - 7 business days.
9.3 The delivery price of all goods is charged at a flat rate nationally and may be amended from time to time without notice. Any such amendments to the delivery price may occur as a result of external factors outside of QG's control.
9.4 All delivery times, delivery locations and other related information is determined by The Courier Guy.

9.5 If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your product or if you experience any issues with your delivery, kindly send an email to info@quantumgold.co.za setting out your concerns so that QG may try and assist with any concerns or issues.
10 RETURNS
10.1 This clause 10 is reflected in the Returns Policy. All returns are governed by and subject to QG's Returns Policy.
10.2 To read QG's Returns Policy, kindly navigate to the "Returns Policy" section below.
10.3 Should you have any complaints or concerns with regards to the quality of any Product purchased via the QG Website, kindly send an email to info@quantumgold.co.za, setting out your complaint or concern. QG shall endeavour to assist you as far as reasonably practicable and respond within a reasonable time period.
11 PRIVACY
This clause 11 is reflected in the Privacy Policy. To read QG's Privacy Policy, kindly navigate to the "Privacy Policy" section below.
12 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 You hereby acknowledge that the QG Website may contain errors, of a typographical nature or otherwise, omissions or inaccuracies with regards to information or material provided.
12.2 QG does not warrant or guarantee under any circumstances
12.2.1 the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any information and material provided on the QG Website;
12.2.2 that the services provided on the QG Website are free of errors, interruptions or malfunctions, or
12.2.3 that the services provided on the QG Website are secure, available, suitable, reliable or of a timely nature.
12.3 You hereby acknowledge and agree that your use of the QG Website, including any difficulties or issues you may face in accessing, or attempting to access, the QG Website and/or its service is entirely at your own risk.
12.4 The QG Website and the services provided on the QG Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, representation whether express or implied, from QG whatsoever.
12.5 If you experience any issues or discover any errors, kindly report them to QG by sending an email to info@quantumgold.co.za so that any such issues and/or errors may be addressed.
12.6 Neither QG nor any of its members, employees or related parties shall be liable for
12.6.1 any loss, injury, demand or claim;
12.6.2 any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any lost profits, revenue, savings, loss of data or use, replacement costs or any similar damages
based in delict or in contract, strict liability or otherwise; which, howsoever arising, are a result of
12.6.3 your access to, attempted access of and/or your inability to access the QG Website;
12.6.4 your use, attempted use of and/or your inability to use any of the services and/or features provided on the QG Website;
12.6.5 QG's provision, attempted provision of and/or its inability to provide the services on the QG Website;
12.6.6 the information and/or material provided on the QG Website or transmitted to you and/or the inaccuracy, incorrectness or incompleteness of such information and/or material; or
12.6.7 any other reason related to the QG Website, or the service provided by QG.
13 INDEMNIFICATION
13.1 To the extent permissible in law, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold QG, its members, subsidiaries, employees, service providers and suppliers harmless from any claims, losses, demands and/or damages, including legal costs and attorneys' fees, made by any third party as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the QG Website and/or the services provided on the QG Website, your conduct on the QG Website, your infringement of the rights of any third party and/or your contravention of the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14 TERMINATION
14.1 QG may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice and without cause. QG is entitled to shut down the QG Website at any time without notice and without cause.
14.2 You may terminate these Terms and Conditions as between you and QG by written notice to QG via info@quantumgold.co.za, or by ceasing to access and make use of the QG Website and/or the services provided on the QG Website.
14.3 Your obligation to pay any funds to QG in respect of any order or otherwise shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
15 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
15.1 QG reserves the right to update, amend and/or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Upon such change, QG will notify on the ''Terms and Conditions'' page of the QG Website.
15.2 It is your obligation to read the amended Terms and Conditions before using the services provided on the QG Website.
15.3 If you do not agree to any future updates of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to desist from using the QG Website. If you continue to use the QG Website, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy and it shall apply and you shall be bound by it from the date of its update.
16 SEVERABILITY
All of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are severable from one another, notwithstanding the way in which they have been linked together. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes unenforceable, whether as a result of voidness, invalidity, illegality or any other reason, such provision shall be severed from the rest of the Terms and Conditions only to the extent that it is unenforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue to be of full force and effect.
17 WHOLE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, including the Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and QG in relation to its contents and subject matter. Neither QG nor you shall be bound by any term,
representation or warranty, whether express, tacit or implied, that is not included herein. These Terms and Conditions replace all previous undertakings or representations between you and QG.
18 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa in all respects.
RETURNS POLICY
1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 All returns and/or refunds, including but not limited to those returns and/or refunds which are purported, attempted, accepted, processed, rejected, fulfilled or dismissed, in respect of any and all Products purchased via the QG Website are governed by the returns policy contained in this section of the QG Website ("the Returns Policy").
1.2 Only the customer who originally purchased the Products ("you") may apply for a refund under and in terms of the Returns Policy.
2 NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
2.1 In order to maintain the hygienic nature of the Products sold via the QG Website, any Product purchased from the QG Website which is not defective ("Non-defective Product") may not be returned or refunded for any reason, unless:
2.1.1 The Product is in its original, undamaged and intact packaging;
2.1.2 The Product has not been used or depleted whatsoever; and
2.1.3 The refund request has been made in accordance with clause 2.2 within 5 business days of receiving the Non- defective Product by QG and you have delivered the Non-Defective Product to QG within 10 business days of receiving the Non-defective Product.
2.2 Should you wish to return a Non-defective Product purchased from the QG Website, kindly send an email to info@quantumgold.co.za with the subject "RETURN: NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT". In your email, kindly set out the reason for your return so that we may contact you in this regard.
2.3 You will be responsible for the return of the Non-defective Product to QG, including any costs involved.
2.4 You will be entitled to a full refund only if you have met the requirements set out in clause 2.
3 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 If the Product you ordered from the QG Website is a Product that is damaged, defective, or different from the Product you ordered ("Defective Product"), you are entitled to return the Defective Product to QG in accordance with this clause 3 for a full refund.
3.2 A Product will only be deemed to be a Defective Product if the defective nature thereof renders the Product materially unfit for its stated purpose. Whether a Product is deemed to be a Defective Product is within the opinion of QG (acting reasonably).
3.3 Subject to clause 3.4 , you may return to QG a Defective Product which you ordered from the QG Website within 6 months of receiving the Defective Product.
3.4 Notwithstanding clause 3.3 , you may only return a Defective Product within 5 business days of receiving it if the alleged defective characteristic is that the Product is different from the Product you ordered from the QG Website. In such an instance, you must notify QG of the defect (by following the procedure set out in clause 3.5 ) within 48 hours of receiving the Product.
3.5 If you wish to return a Defective Product purchased from the QG Website, you may apply for a refund or replacement by sending an email to info@quantumgold.co.za with the subject "RETURN: DEFECTIVE PRODUCT". In your email, you must set out the reason for your return and the description of the alleged defective nature and/or characteristic of the Product. It would be beneficial for you to include photographs which depict the alleged defective nature of the Product. Thereafter, QG will notify you whether the Product meets the reasonable criteria to be deemed a Defective Product and make arrangements regarding the return and refund.
3.6 Should you discover an alleged defect in the Product you ordered from the QG Website, you must notify QG of the alleged defect immediately and in the manner contemplated in clause 3.5.
3.7 Should your application for a refund or replacement be successful, QG will be responsible for the reasonable costs of transporting the Defective Product to QG and will process the refund to your nominated bank account or deliver to you a replacement Product, whichever is most appropriate in the opinion of QG.
4 GENERAL
4.1 Any application for a refund or replacement which does not comply with the Returns Policy will be automatically unsuccessful and will be declined by QG.
4.2 All applications for a refund or replacement are subject to the final confirmation of QG and shall not be deemed successful until written confirmation is provided to you by QG.
4.3 Once you have received written confirmation from QG of your successful application for a refund or replacement, your purchase agreement will be deemed to have been cancelled.
4.4 The Returns Policy is not intended to limit any of your rights granted under sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Any provision of the Returns Policy which is found to limit any such right shall be automatically severed from the remaining provisions of the Returns Policy, which remaining provisions shall continue to be binding upon you.
PRIVACY POLICY
1 INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW
1.1 The privacy policy contained in this section of the QG Website (''Privacy Policy'') governs:
1.1.1 The manner in which QG collects, stores, processes and protects ("processes", and "process", and "processing" shall have corresponding meanings) your personal information;
1.1.2 What types of personal information QG processes; and
1.1.3 The related rights and obligations of you, QG and related parties.
1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to any person who:
1.2.1 Visits the QG Website;
1.2.2 Creates a new profile or edits an existing profile on the QG Website; and/or
1.2.3 Purchases a Product via the QG Website, hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" and "yours" shall have corresponding meanings.
1.3 You have the right to have your personal information processed in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPI"). This Privacy Policy is not intended to conflict with POPI nor is it intended to infringe on the aforementioned right. QG values the proper processing and protection of your personal information.
1.4 One of the purposes of this Privacy Policy, which you hereby acknowledge, is to inform you -
1.4.1 That your personal information is being processed by QG in accordance with the provisions of POPI;
1.4.2 Of the manner in which it is being processed; and
1.4.3 Of any additional information relevant to the processing of your personal information.
1.5 By visiting the QG Website, creating or editing your profile on the QG Website and/or purchasing a Product via the QG Website, you hereby:
1.5.1 Agree to the processing of your personal information by QG and its related parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy; and
1.5.2 Provide your consent to QG and its related parties to process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
1.6 QG reserves the right to update and replace this Privacy Policy at any time. Upon such change, QG will notify you via email and on the legal page of the QG Website. If you do not agree to any future updates of this Privacy Policy, you are required to desist from using the QG Website. If you continue to use the QG Website, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy and it shall apply and you will be bound by it from the date of its update.
2 TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
2.1 If you create a profile on the QG Website, or if you make a comment or request or send a question or concern via the form on the "Contact Us" page of the QG Website, QG may require you to provide the following personal information in respect of yourself:
2.1.1 First name;
2.1.2 Last name;
2.1.3 Date of birth;
2.1.4 Sex;
2.1.5 Email address;
2.1.6 Telephone / cell number; and
2.1.7 Physical address,
hereinafter referred to as the "Requested Information".
2.2 It may be either mandatory or voluntary for you to provide the Requested Information to QG. Whether it is mandatory or voluntary is entirely dependent on the purpose of the processing of that particular information. The purpose of the collection of information is discussed in clause 3 below.
2.3 It is your responsibility to provide the Requested Information accurately. While QG has some measures in place to improve the accuracy of information recording, the accuracy of QG's information records is dependent on the
information you provide to QG. If any of your personal information recorded on your profile on the QG Website is inaccurate or incorrect, you may edit this information at any time via the ''My Profile'' page on the QG Website. Kindly update any inaccurate or incorrect information as soon as reasonably practicable to ensure the accuracy of QG's information records.
3 PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION PROCESSING
3.1 QG will only collect and process your information to serve the following purposes:
3.1.1 To enable QG to arrange for the delivery of the Products you purchase via the QG Website;
3.1.2 To contact you for any reasons related to the order of and/or delivery of the Products you purchase from the QG Website;
3.1.3 To provide you with an invoice or receipt for your order;
3.1.4 To collect data for research purposes in respect of QG's customers to improve the Products; and/or
3.1.5 To improve your user experience on the QG Website.
3.2 The provision of any Requested Information which is processed for the purposes set out in clauses 3.1.1 to 3.1.3 (both inclusive) is mandatory as it is necessary for QG to obtain this information in order to complete your order and/or arrange for the delivery of the Products you have purchased via the QG Website.
3.3 The provision of any Requested Information which is processed for the purposes set out in clauses 3.1.4 to 3.1.5 (both inclusive) is voluntary as it is not necessary for QG to obtain this information in order to complete your order and/or arrange for the delivery of the Products you have purchased via the QG Website. The Requested Information processed in this regard is merely to assist QG in improving its Products and the QG Website.
4 SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 QG undertakes not to share or disclose your personal information in its information records with anyone unless it is necessary to
4.1.1 Complete your order;
4.1.2 Address a concern or complaint of yours;
4.1.3 Arrange for the delivery of Products you purchase via the QG Website;
4.1.4 Defend any legal right in respect of QG or its property; or
4.1.5 Comply with a requirement under any applicable law, hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosure Reasons".
4.2 Without derogating from clause 4.1 , it may be necessary (in the opinion of QG) for QG to share or disclose certain personal information of yours contained in QG's records with its employees, third-party service providers, legal representatives or other related parties in order to assist with or address the Disclosure Reasons.
4.3 QG undertakes not to sell your personal information to any unrelated third party.
5 PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
5.1 QG undertakes to -
5.1.1 Take internal measures to store your personal information in its information records securely and to put in place internal safeguards to protect your personal information against any accidental loss, unlawful or unauthorised
access or destruction ("Information Breach");
5.1.2 Should an Information Breach occur, QG will inform you of the Information Breach in respect of your personal information and the details thereof within a reasonable period of time after discovering the occurrence of the
Information Loss; and
5.1.3 Review its safety measures and ensure the proper implementation thereof on a reasonably regular basis to ensure the security of your personal information.
5.2 Whilst QG undertakes to take reasonable action to protect your personal information from any Information Breach or other such harm, it does not provide any guarantee against any Information Breach or similar harm and will not be
liable for any loss, damage or harm suffered, howsoever arising, as a result of any loss of, unauthorised or unlawful access to or disclosure or destruction of your personal information contained in QG's information record. You hereby
acknowledge that QG will not be liable for any such loss, damage or harm suffered and agree thereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this does not apply to instances where the loss, damage or harm in question was suffered as a result of the gross negligence of QG.
6 RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 QG will retain your personal information only for such a period as is reasonably required to serve the purposes set out in clause 3.1 ("Reasonable Period").
6.2 QG will only retain your personal information for a longer period (''Extended Period") if
6.2.1 You provide your consent to the retention of the personal information for a longer period; or
6.2.2 QG is required by any law enforcement agency or by any applicable law and only to the extent required by the law enforcement agency or the applicable law.
6.3 After the expiry of the Reasonable Period or the relevant Extended Period, as applicable, your personal information will be deleted from QG's information record.
7 ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1 You are entitled to request a copy of your personal information which QG has on record by sending an email in this regard to info@quantumgold.co.za.
7.2 You are also entitled to request QG to delete from its information records any of your personal information which is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, outdated, incomplete, misleading or obtained unlawfully, or that QG is no longer authorized to have on record. 8 GENERAL
8.1 You may only create a profile on the QG Website if you are over the age of 18 years old. You may not purchase any Products from QG unless you have the capacity to conclude a legally-binding contract.
8.2 You may only provide personal information relating to yourself. If you provide the personal information in respect of another person, you may only do so with the prior consent of that person.
8.3 You hereby agree to provide accurate personal information and you agree not to impersonate or provide any false or misleading information in respect of yourself or any other person.
8.4 If you have any concerns regarding the manner in which your personal information is being processed by QG, kindly send an email to info@quantumgold.co.za in this regard so that QG may attend to your request and assist to the extent to which it is reasonably capable of assisting.
